Why Not Just Call The Emergency Services?

There are many situations where a direct call to emergency services is not required, or is simply not possible.  Triggering a request for help from within our app pushes data to our servers, which requires less mobile phone network connection than making a voice call. Other authorised users within your organisation can monitor the situation by listening to the voice recordings and can make a video call to you from within the app if this is deemed necessary.


Such situations may include if you are feeling unwell, if you feel that someone is following you, if you have become lost or cannot find the location of your meeting place, if you have fallen and are totally incapacitated, if you feel threatened or are being bullied etc.


Hey Alan, Help Me

This raises a request for help, informing others authorised in your group that you are in need of help. This could be if you are feeling threatened, are being bullied, are subject to any kind of abuse, or are feeling very unwell and are unable to call for assistance using your smartphone.


Your authorised fellow group members are notified that you have started requested help, and your location is constantly tracked and shown on a map.


3 recordings of your smartphone's microphone are automatically captured and saved in our system, allowing others authorised  in your group to listen to each recording. 1 person within your group may 'supervise' this event, contacting you via a video call from within the app if they need to check up on you.

Hey Alan, Track Me

This is used whenever you are starting out on a journey, particularly alone, such as walking to or from a business appointment through an area that may feel intimidating. 


Your authorised fellow group members are notified that you have started your journey and your location is constantly tracked and shown on a map for the duration of this.


1 authorised group member 'supervises' this Track Me event, informing you that they are watching over you.


 A tap of a button within the app stops this event and notifies others that your journey has ended.
